These drug dealers, gang members and crooks had no idea how to defend themselves against predators like Officer Winters. The Officers used intimidation tactics to get what they wanted. As seen in this real life recording, actual Florida state Parole Officers used their authority to coerce Mike Covington, who was recently paroled after serving time for assaulting his girlfriend.
