Transitioning since 18, his family is also "transitioning" with him; their support is not without its difficult conversations. With a very masculine appearance, he says since five, he knew he was "Jason." Although he's been through "the therapy," he is happy; he knows who he is and that is very sexy. At 18, he found a therapist and endocrinologist who really helped Jason work through his changes. Having top surgery, paid for by his parents, things did not go well. Talking about his sexuality, he has been "devirginalized" four times; "I've been with men and women, as a 'girl' and now as a man." Preferring a future with a woman, Jason does like being with guys sexually, "just not the relationship part."
