It implies that not only are you a casual reprobate, but that you are most likely in a commercial enterprise. Luckily, we knew exactly what was going on - these two residents hadn't caused any casualties yet but put themselves at serious risk for going straight to the penl with no "Get Out Of Jail" card. They didn't seem to realize the gravity of the situation at first, so I thought that a fat one in their mouths and up their tight straight-boy holes might help clarify things for them in their minds.
